When are Shadrack's Shows open? The times and dates vary depending on the venue location, with most locations open from 6 pm until 10 pm. For specific 2023 dates and times, please visit the location page you are interested in attending. This includes holidays as well!

How do I purchase a vehicle pass? PURCHASING OPTIONS: Advanced Purchases: Save by purchasing online in advance! Visit your event location web page and click "Buy Tickets" to purchase online using credit card only. On-site Ticket Purchases: Ticets are available at the front gate, accepting both Cash and Credit. We recommend advanced purchase for smoother entry. Discounted Pass Purchases: Check out our seasonal promotions and specials, which vary by venue location. For current offers, visit the location web page. Express Ticket: Skip the lines and get faster admittance at participating locations!
What is the difference between a Standard Ticket and Value Ticket? A Standard Ticket is for peak times such as Weekends and holiday periods. A Value ticket is for non-peak times which include Monday - Thursday.
Do I have to use my ticket on a specific day? You can redeem your Standard Ticket on any day Shadrack Christmas Wonderland or Adventure is open. The Value Ticket can be redeemed any day Monday - Thursday only. (Special event / Promotional tickets may also be date-specific). *Some restrictions may apply*
Do I purchase a ticket per person or per car? One Ticket is redeemable for one carload of 8 people or less entry to Shadrack Christmas Wonderland or Adventure. (unless otherwise stated or promoted).
Do you have group discounts? Yes! Please email info@shadrack.com for more information.
What is your refund policy? Please note that all sales are final, and promotions or discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

Vehicle Size A standard vehicle includes any vehicle with 3 rows of seating or less, which include SUVs and minivans. If your vehicle has more than 3 rows of seating, you will need to purchase the Activity Van/Limo/Party Bus (limited to 15 passengers) or the Tour/School bus/Large RV pass where allowed. Please note that some venues may have restrictions and do not permit Tour/School bus/RV's. For more information, kindly refer to the specific webpage of the venue.
Vehicle Passengers
Safety First Maintain a safe following distance and avoid tailgating the vehicle ahead of you. Sudden stops by other cars may occur, so please remain vigilant for slow or stopped vehicles.
Pickup Truck Beds Passengers are not allowed in the back of pickup trucks. Please adhere to local traffic safety laws.
Ticket Usage One Ticket is valid for 1 visit through Shadrack's Christmas Wonderland or Adventure (unless otherwise noted or special promotion)
Advanced Purchased Tickets If you purchased your Ticket online in advance, you must show it at the gate for entry. Unfortunately, we are unable to look up lost or missing passes. You can present either a printed Ticket or the Ticket/Receipt on your mobile phone.
Forms of Payment You can purchase Advanced Tickets online using a credit card. At the gate, both cash and credit card payments are accepted.
Headlights As you drive through the Shadrack's Christmas Wonderland or Adventure, kindly turn off your headlights. If you cannot turn off your lights, please dim them instead.
Pets Your furry friends are permitted to participate as long as they stay in the vehicle unless otherwise stated by the venue. Please check location page for further details.
